Take Your Child To The Library Day is coming up on February 6th! Its almost that time of year when we celebrate the special relationship between libraries and families. This year, we'll be celebrating all month long! Since patrons can't exactly come into the library at this time, many libraries are dubbing it "Take The Library To Your Child Day" instead. Here at PPL we have a bunch of fun programs and activities planned for February. All are virtual or take home, all options that you can choose based on your comfort level. As we get closer, the calendar on www.pomfretlibrary.org will be filled in. So keep an eye on there as well as here on fb for announcements.

Some programs for the littles (age 0-5) are the outside story walk through our sound garden, online story times, and take and make craft kits.
Other programs that will attract an older crowd (age 6-teen) are a family movie discussion night, cooking tutorials, and submissions to an online art show.

There are a few other surprises we're planning and we're excited about all of them. If you have any ideas/programs that you're hoping for, let us know in the comments below!
